Microblogging has become one of the main channel for the voice of the people as Civilmicrophone.More and more people take part in discussion of current events and issues ofsocial hotspot through microblogging.The influence of microblogging is growing. The rapiddevelopment of microblogging shorten the distance between people who carry out all offrequent exchanges completely beyond the physical space of their own lives.So people reallycome into the mode of McLuhan’s "global village".The user has a great deal of discoursespace.Because everyone only need a simple registration,you can broadcast your own point ofview.The amount of information is the growth in geometric progression.Greatly enriched invitro and information systems developed in this medium.However, the new features make thegate-keeping functions of microblogging weakening and transfering.The function ofmicroblogging’s gatekeeper gradually transfers to the hands of the user whose quality isuneven.This also makes the news of microblogging abusing frequently.Microblogging tort:media units、social groups or personal by means of microbloggingrelease information that infringe the interests of citizens.So this civil offense would damageits reputation, privacy and personality rights.The characteristics of microblogging:The subjecthas unrecognized characteristics;The object of right is provided with diversities; Micro-blogtort have strong timeliness; And further analysis of the causes and damages by micro-blogtort.In order to effectively deal with The news infringement of microblogging, Government,the media and the public should transform concepts and improve media literacy.The only wayin which we stick it out, the microblogging would advance towards the virtuous developmentand health communication.
