Microblogging is a new form of media under the Internet Web2.0context.the proliferation of chain social networking features to attract the participation of Internet users, microblogging developed rapidly, becoming the most popular network communication of the applications. Microblogging is one of the we-media, since the media has spread fast, fragmentation, and highly interactive features. Its spread is one-to-N broadcast communication, but also the explosive spread of the network link. With the increase of the social impact of microblogging, microblogging Internet users high-profile groups. In this context, users of microblogging microblogging behavior has important practical significance.In the perspective of the disseminators, the research try to classify microblogging users, explore the function of the spread of the microblogging microblogging communication strategies, analyze how to deal with it. This study is divided into four parts.The first part explained the background to the study, the significance of the research methods suitable for the subject, to collate and summarize the microblogging status quo, and established research entry point.The second part discusses the background and characteristics of the rise of microblogging. Focus on two aspects of technology development and personal social networking needs to explore the reasons for the rise of microblogging, and define the users of microblogging and microblogging, microblogging features and mode of transmission.The microblogging users are divided into organizational and individual users, laid the cornerstone for the later exposition.The third part and fourth part are the main parts of the whole text. The third part of the organization of users of the microblogging discusses the characteristics of a user organization, classification, development status, organization and user functionality into the core functionality, extending functionality, additional features of these three dimensions, through content analysis and case studies to explore the function of the user microblogging and communication strategy. The fourth part of the study analysis of individual user characteristics, classifications, functions, and that the core function of the individual users of the microblogging self-presentation and social entertainment strategy for the spread of personal microblogging.
