Evaluation Research Of Foreign Literature Resource Security System Which Based On The User’s Experience

With the speedy development of knowledge information technology and the update frequency, the literature resources in the world grow every year, readers demand for literature resources, especially the foreign literature resources demand grow quickly.Under this background,in order to guarantee scientific research workers’ need for new research frontier hot theory,our country invests a huge sum of money to buy a lot of foreign literature resources, and set up several big national resources security system from the angle of national strategy. But our literature resources security system focus on construction more than evaluation,government department and education department do not take strong action to evaluate these literature resources security system’s operation and management.As a result,literature resources security system fail to maximize their resources.So it is urgent to build a modern science evaluation system.As a reasonable and effective evaluation system of science can promote sustained and healthy development of literature resources security system, promote the optimal allocation of literature resources.What is more,it is not only an important way and guarantee to improve the system’s management level,but but also can promote China’s foreign literature resources security system in line with international standards,and of great significance to promote the establishment and development of national science and technology innovation system.In this paper,by using document analysis, analytic hierarchy process, a comprehensive analysis method,comparative analysis method to investigate the construction status and characteristics of foreign literature resources and support system, summarize and analyze the existing problems and the reasons.Furthermore draw domestic and foreign scholars in user experience research, Learn the psychology and marketing research on customer experience and the professor Ye Jiyuan’s full evaluation system,which include the form evaluation,content evaluation and utility evaluation.Take CASHL as an example,screen evaluation index from the user’s point of view,to build a evaluation system of the foreign literature resource security system,put forward more specific,scientific strategies and recommendations for improvement of services,enhance the user experience of foreign literature security system.The first chapter introduces the research background, research review, research significance and research purposes. The second chapter discusses the relevant literature resources security system concepts and theories.
