Research On The Development And Management Method Of Mobile Learning Resources

In recent years, along with the development of wireless network technology and popularization of mobile devices, a mobile learning mode is gradually accepted by more and more people. However, compared with the growing mobile learning demand, mobile learning resources quantity and quality are far from actual demand. At present, the mobile learning resources development and management exists several problems:first is the lack of a comprehensive resource development scheme, secondly, the lack of research on standardization of resources.This paper’s main work is:put forward a overall scheme of mobile learning resources development, divide into the development scheme of mobile learning resources of two paths for the construction of the new resources and old resources transformation, for the construction of new resources, give suggestion on media formats, physical size and form of the organization, for the old resources transformation, put forward a reform scheme based on the old style of resources. The core of the scheme is a device adaptive system which provides customized display solutions for different devices. Then give a realization instance. This scheme enhanced the function as well as effectively reduced the cost of maintenance and development of mobile learning resources. Compares the domestic and foreign learning object metadata, combined with the characteristic of mobile learning, establish a mobile learning resource metadata model M-LOM. The model described the category summarized as gm, education and technology, selected14necessary data elements, and revised the related vocabulary. It effectively simplified metadata model and improve its practicality and accuracy.
