The ultrasound can be transmitted among different mediums. It is easy to carry theinformation of the media, having the advantages of good directivity, strong penetrating ability,easily concentrating, far propagation distance, etc. The ultrasonic transducer can be worked inthe smoke, dark, dust and other severe environments, and it can be worked in unknownenvironment such as drainage channels, small-diameter borehole wall. In recent years,ultrasonic scanning contour imaging has been widely used in many areas of production life,especially in robot vision system. Through studying and analyzing correlation theory ofultrasound scanning inner contour imaging system, especially through studying and analyzinghigh-precision ultrasonic distance measuring principle with three probe, the ultrasoundscanning inner contour imaging system is designed and implemented.Firstly, operating principle of ultrasonic sensor and sound field of the sensor are analyzedand elaborated. The ultrasonic probe model is selected. In this paper, the theory of ultrasonicimaging is introduced, and the overall plan of the ultrasound scan contour imaging system isdesigned. The measuring principle of three-probe high-precision ultrasonic distancemeasuring is analyzed. Compared with single probe ultrasonic distance measuring accuracy,scientificity and rationality of three-probe high-precision ultrasonic ranging accuracy areverified. Secondly, hardware platform of ultrasonic scanning inner contour imaging system isdesigned, including ultrasonic transmitting circuit, ultrasonic receiving and signal processingcircuit. Single chip microcomputer is used to control ultrasonic transmitting and receiving.Data captured is sent to the host computer software for processing. Ultimately, data capturedis processed using the method of least squares. Images processed before and after are compared.The three-dimensional imaging of inner contour is generated with PC software. Thesimulation image is rotated, cut, and provides a more intuitive outline graphics. Therationality and feasibility of the design is verified. The desired goal has been achieved. The imaging system is designed and ultimatelyinternal contour imaging is achieved. The study provides some reference value forhigh-precision ultrasonic distance measuring as well as inner contour imaging in industrialand medical field.
