With the progress of the modernization of our country,a lot of large-scale projects were put on the agenda.As a result,the testing and its reliability has become a key issue that needs to be urgently addressed for safety.As the most common method of non-destructive testing,ultrasonic testing has received great attention and is used in a wide range of scientific and technological fields,such as high-precision instrument production,medical imaging and industrial construction and etc.It has been recognized as a key technique in quality control and production safety.Moreover,it becomes an index of the strength of a county's science and technique.This article introduced the basic theory of ultrasonic testing,established a sound field model,and studied the possible impact of different parameters(number of array elements,array element spacing and array element width)on the detection results in order to find the optimal parameters in different scenarios.Based on the results,the author designed a flexible probe that can be used in the existing system that can optimize the parameters and to expand the scope of application.This can be a solution of the problem in most current systems,which rigid probes cannot detect irregular test pieces.Subsequently,the author used FPGA as the main control body,designed two supporting modules,MAX4940 excitation and AD9276 reception,built the hardware module of ultrasonic testing,and designed the subsystems,such as power supply circuit,filter circuit,power amplifier circuit among others.Also designed the key time-lapse focus.At the last,verified the circuit feasibility by soldering the circuit board.At the end,the author used the software module of the host computer,use a 5MHz probe to detect an artificially defective iron steel plate with a focus on filter and image reconstruction,convert the collected voltage data into a defect image to achieve non-destructive inspection of components.Figure[66]table[3]reference[65]...
