The Design And Realization Of Multi-Channel Data Record Device

The Multi-channel data record device in this project is developed for the acquisition oftemperature, vibratory, pressure,shork and overload parameters. Accomplished collect,storage and data analysis. This device is of the acquisition and record test area. This datarecord device is consisted of an acquisition device and a record device. Data sampling rates ofacquisition device which uses a16bits ADC is2.34Msps. Using multi channel analog switchto switch. Its sampling accuracy can reach0.1%. The largest capacity of record device canreach4GB. There is a data interface between the acquisition and record device, and the datatransmission rate is up to8MB/s. The device is controlled by the ground test unit to carry outerasing, collecting and so on. The data can also be downloaded for later analysis.Firstly, this paper introduces the current situation and the developing trend of dataacquisition and record device home and abroad. Then, for the actual demands of flight test,appropriate design is put forward based on the important and difficult technology points.Finally the solutions and final outcomes are also given.This paper focuses on internal bus control, multi channel analog switch, the reliabilitydesign of parallel long-line transmission and analog signal condition to do study andelaboration. The detailed designs of hardware circuit, software logic and optimizationmeasures are given. And the particular elaborations and calculations for some technology unitand important problems are given.Finally, this paper brings out methods to test the performance of the whole device, andthe performance indicators of final implementation effect are given through the actual test andanalysis.
