With technological developments of industrial control system and computernetwork technology, traditional geographical boundary is becoming more andmore obscure. Manual operation and spot operation of field industrial controlsystem can’t meet the development requirements of automatic system. Remotemonitoring technology that can break through the limitations of regionalism andtimeliness becomes current requirement of automation industry. Research of thispaper is based on WEB remote monitoring system and PLC200collieryautomatic door control system of Siemens. This remote monitoring systemconsists of communication processor and equipment of CP243-1IT, as well asPC that is used for client Industrial Ethernet connects all the components in theform of LAN connection. The system stores PLC real time data in server in theform of web pages by utilizing functions of HTTP server and JAVA APPLET ofCP243-1T. Operating personnel can collect, read and monitor real time data ofterminal equipments remotely by using WEB browser of PC clients. In this way,people can realize remote control of industrial equipments. This system changedtraditional automatic door control system, so that limitations of geographicalboundary can be broke through. In addition, owning to security, reliability andanti-interference of PLC, controllability of the system improves consequently.The system provides comfortable and safe work environment, at the same time,work efficiency and utilization rate of equipments can be improved. Accordingly,a real remote monitoring system comes into being.
