With the continuous development of wireless communication network, the mobilecommunication market is becoming more and more competitive. In order to keepcustomers, market and profits, quality of service must be improved, diversifiedservice and customized service should be supply too. QoS is a best way to achievethese goals. Customers with different need can be meeted by different configurationsof QoS, which supply different resources config and different priorities. Consequently,QoS can enhance the user experience satisfaction.Although the mobile network has the ability to config QoS parameter, thesefunctions don’t open, and almost all user’ default QoS configuration is the same,mechanical and permanent. As the upgrading of mobile network, the early version ofQoS configuration has become a bottleneck, it leads a big influence in user experiencesatisfaction.With the purpose of use QoS better, to supply diversified service and customizedservice, this paper use the following methods, collecting large amounts of datapackages from data service users in a peroid of time, according different businesstypes, time frame, geography and preference of VIP users, then modeing on userbehavior, concluing the best correspond QoS configs.In the research processing, clustering analyse of data mining will be used, inorder to have scientific classification on data service users and cells which these usersbelong to. Meanwhile, identifying VIP users in different business types which fit forhigh-frequence and high-traffic, recognizing different business hot-cells which havemounts of users and large traffic, then making timing anaysis, summarizing thecharacters of timing sequence and user behavior in different business hot-cells.Afterward, making a QoS experiment plan accord to clustering analyse results, usertest samples, cell test samples and user timing sequence characters. The experimentwill consider varied business application, and estimate cell performance between busytime and spare time, in different combinations of QoS parameter config. Finally, theoptimized solution will be made based on experiment.Through the work of this paper, the research findings were applied to QoSconfiguration software of mobile data services, which can optimize system, improvethe ability of diversified services and customized services, and achieve the goal ofenhancing mobile communication QoS in daily operation.
