Because the city scale unceasingly expands, the bus is a growing number ofpeople travel to bring a lot of inconvenience. Even long-term live in city residents,also can’t familiar with city inside of each a bus lines, bus query system for theconsequent. The traditional bus inquires the system usually in the personal computerfor hardware platform, using the Internet technology Web inquires the system. Thiskind of inquiry system that has a large capacity, high performance features, but thereare also inquires the time, inquires the place of restricted inadequate.This thesis mainly studies how to use ARM hardware platform and Qt GraphicalUser Interface (GUI Graphical User with, the abbreviation, say again Graphical UserInterface), achieve an on-board bus inquires the system. Complete bus lines inquiry,bus interchange’d ride to the destination, the basic requirements, way inquirescomplete site surrounding hotel inquiry, catering inquiry, supermarket query etccomprehensive service. Complete the above requirements to do the following:Firstly, this paper introduces the bus query system developing situation ofdomestic and foreign, and full consideration of the performance of the systemrequirements, the system hardware platform of choice. Secondly, for hardwareplatform established suitable software platform, including embedded operating systemof choice, graphic application framework choice, database software choice. Then, thepaper analyzes the bus lines and transit site features and choose the right bus inquiresthe algorithm, establish a rational bus information database. For the optimal bustransfer line, the system will choose optimized and improved approximation algorithmfor both sides query. Use the application layer of public transport query systemdesigned with Qt and GUI interface and extract required information from thedatabase according to the user’s requirements to complete human-computerinteraction. Finally, the complete GUI program, and transplanted cross-compilation tohardware platform, realize the whole bus inquires the system.
