In the ubiquitous mobile service environment, the future communication network will be ubiquitous, operable, scalable, flexible, heterogeneous and interoperable. The studies about structures of the networks, terminals and services convergence which have new characteristics will be subject to the attention. Based on the NSFC project, the paper focuses on the service platform of converged networks. Multi-network and multi-terminal collaborative multimedia converged services architecture is proposed and the interface is designed.The legacy network is subscriber-based business mode in which the user has a long-term contract with a specific access network provider. The fixed relationship of user and the network limits the user’s services requirements, the solution to this problem is the business mode from operators-centric into the consumer-centric. Therefore, this paper summarizes the relevant standards of heterogeneous networks convergence architecture. Based on the architecture, the broadband converged access network theoretical models, user-centric access networks and heterogeneous network collaborative virtual operating model are proposed. Then, the paper proposes multi-network and multi-terminal cooperative mechanisms and scenarios to achieve diversity and flexibility of the services.Service combination has been accepted as the most potential way for users to create new business and can rapidly create new business based on existing services. Therefore, the business platform architecture that provides service combination is the key to achieve integration. Based on the realization of network convergence and terminal fusion, the service integration becomes an inevitable trend. Existing methods such as IN, SOA have not completely covered all converged services. This paper proposes a business integration architecture and analyses each level. In order to achieve flexible combination of business, the structure of service convergence and integrate interface are proposed. At last, the proposed architecture is deployed in IMS to realize the multimedia business combination and the cooperation of multi-terminal, then the implementation results are given.
