| Currently the information systems used in most companies are built by themselves, and canonly be used for the internal. Information between each company can not be shared effectively. Theupfront and maintenance cost is also very high. To solve this problem, this thesis purposes onedesign method of the information management system based on cloud computing. This methodtakes full advantages of cloud computing, reaches the goals that share the equipments, informationand services, and can help enterprises reducing cost and sharing resources.In consideration of the present situation of the medical information system, the thesis proposesa technical approach to combine the private and public cloud, use the distribute and parallelcomputing process, establishe the medical cloud service system, and build a five-dimensionalstructure which coordinates the hospitals, pharmacies, pharmacopolist, medicare and patients. So itcan integrate the original mutual independence management systems and then promote theinformation sharing in medical industry.This thesis divides the medical service cloud into three layers. The underlayer is namedMedical Sensor Layer, which is composed of the medical sensor equipments and the terminals withcloud interface. The interlayer is named Information Sharing Layer, which offers five-dimensionaland multi-party information connection and sharing services. The toplayer is named MedicalAppication Layer, which is based on the medical treatment technology and provides diagnoisisservices, medical warning, health care services and so on. Additionally this thesis realizes an instantmodule on the Google App Engine platform to verify the effectiveness and correctness of the resultsmentioned in this thesis and to provide a reference model for medical service industry. |
