| At present, with the development of society and economy, the increasing of people’sliving standard and the real estate market got rapid development, the residential district hasalready become resident’s choice for home buyers. Residential property management leveland quality is directly related to community resident’s daily life. To establish a high standard,high efficiency, high quality and low cost of community property management system has agreat social significance and economic value.The paper put forward a community property maintenance management system based onthe cloud computing and social networking,this system combined the cloud computing theoryand technology,social network technology and the actual needs of the business. The systemachieved the function of maintenance and repair,including the impletation of the repairedprocess,hierarchical query,the real-time process and tracking of the business path,satisfied theneeds of the maintenance service process control, real-time query, history goes back businessrequirements.The system have a large number of advantages that not only save a large amountof manpower but also material rescources which makes the repair services more convenientand more human.In this paper, the author designed the whole community property maintenancemanagement system based on cloud computing and social networking services,which includecloud management platform,the mobile phone terminal software,the business datatransmission parts.The topic hired the cloud Iaas service from the cloud serviceproviders,choose GAE as a development platform,then implements a SaaS model according tothe functional requirements.The system choose sina microblog as a social networkdevelopment tool,designe and implements the mobile phone terminal software according tothe functional requirements and mechanical mobile clients need.At last,the engineer test the function of each parts and the test results showd that the system is feasible. |
