In this thesis, an intelligent medical information transmission system is designed andimplemented based on the analysis of application requirements. Three parts are included in it:hardware platform of multi-network integration gateway system, software platform and informationtransmission software of Android terminal. Firstly, an ARM11microcontroller is used as the core inthe master module of the gateway system, and it connects2G Modem and WLAN bridge peripheralaccess module to build the hardware platform. Secondly, built on the hardware platform, the Linuxoperating system as the core software platform is proposed, which includes transplanting kernelboot program, configuring and porting the Linux kernel and hardware drivers, creating the root filesystem. Thirdly, based on the software platform, the gateway equipment management andphysiological parameters message packet format are designed. And gateway software whichincludes the device controlling management module and the information transmission module iscompleted. Fourthly, the Android information transmission software is designed and implemented.Finally, the intelligent medical information transmission system is fully tested and a large numberof test results show that the system performs well and is very stable, which meets the requirementsof the design.
