The medical profession will face increasing pressure with the obvious trends of the aging of the population. Various hospitals have built their own health information systems(HIS hereafter) based on the wired network to access the remote database and used in the desktop PCs only. It’s inconvenient for the medical staffs to diagnosis patients in the sickbed and it can’t reflect the tenet of "patient-centered" in the process service of clinical nursing.The mobile medical is possible with the rapid development and the popularization of the fourth generation mobile communication network(4G) and Wi-Fi. This paper constructs a real-time updates data system with the Wi-Fi and 4G mobile oriented medical platform to realize the mobile office for medical staffs.In this paper, the application software design based on the Android smart terminal was completed which includes software interface design, logic implementation and server access module. The patient management module, medical treatment module, checking information module, integrated query module and the security module were realized. The design of the clinical data in the MySQL database server, the SQLite database based on the Android terminals and the interactive operation of the two databases were completed. The PHP program and Android client interaction with traditional MySQL database were programmed.The PSM method for peak power reduction in OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) systems was proposed in this paper. Analyses and simulations confirm that the PSM method achieves satisfactory peak power reduction performance and low complexity compared with other kindred methods.The system has been recognized and received widely praise by the users when it participated in the 2014 Chongqing International Medical Equipment Fair.
