With the rapid development of the mobile Internet, used intelligent mobileterminal of groups is continued to exaggerate. The current main operating system ofmobile phone, Android operating system with its open, open source and joined manymobile phone manufacturers and become the people of pursuit. At the same time,Android operating system also dominates market in China. With the number of userscontinued to expand, the development of Android application program has a lot ofusers and broad space of development.For the present of medical software, its function is little, only provided user tomedical knowledge, health care, health knowledge etc. In the case of user had nomedical knowledge, they cannot do scientific judgment and reasonable using thisknowledge. The software is downloaded to the user mobile phone, the user could notbe updated, unable to give the user a better experience. So this paper, combined withthe project requirements and the advantages of Android platform, design andimplementation of medical information service intermediate platform and its Androidclient. The main contributions are as follows:(1)Requirement analysis: development of medical software company has notjoint development with each big hospital. The user can not judge these hospitals anddoctors is reliable, Unable to protect the user’s personal information and illegal use byothers, has caused not the healthy development of intelligent software and improvethe medical service, is not conducive to the development of the whole industry chainand the needs of users, so China Unicom put forward the concept of the intermediateplatform of medical information service system, in order to solve the problem of themedical software, developed the demonstration platform.(2) Architecture design: this paper presents four parts of mobile phone client, medical information service platform, the hospital administrator, telecommunicationservice capability development platform to solve the problem.Android operating system that an intelligent mobile terminal system by Googledeveloped and proclaimed, the system is divided into four layers, operating systemlayer (Linux operating system and driver), the middleware layer (system of Libraryand the Android runtime), application framework (Java framework), the applicationlayer (Java applications).The system architecture described in this paper is mature, open source andcross-platform, these superiority of Apache, MySQL, PHP has reflected in manywebsites, such as the Government websites, Corporate websites. This systemimplement the system administrator module and the communication between serverand clients based on the architecture described former.(3) Detailed design: when users open software, see Unicom medical informationservice system, be safe and reliable information to the user, to ensure the interests ofindividual users. The main feature phone client is to query the hospital information,medical information, IVR and network registration, see the appointment, view themedical record, display line etc. The main function of medical information serviceplatform is to join the doctor in the hospital information management, notification,and responsible for mobile phone client interaction and telecommunication servicecapability opening platform interactive functions. The main function of open platformfor telecommunication service capability is provided in SMS, MMS, LBS, IVRinterface.The main purpose is to provide a simple, open, cross-platform nature ofmiddleware. The platform provides the unified interface, a series for third partydevelopers to use, reduces the difficulty of development third party. This is similar tothe Sina micro-blog open platform, Sina micro-blog provide third party developers aseries of open interfaces, and Sina micro-blog also provides secure authenticationthird party whether developers or users can be guaranteed in the personal privacy.Developers only need to design their own UI, open interface Sina micro-blog couldsend micro-blog, micro-blog has developed their own personalized client. This makes use of sina micro-blog users continue to exaggerate, maximize the product benefit.Development of interface developers through middleware medical information servicesystem to provide their own personalized medical service software. With the increaseof users, the hospital will increase the degree of concern, which is not only convenientfor patients with medical treatment also increased the hospital reputation, a degree ofsocial benefit and economic benefit of hospital, has greatly improved our difficultmedical, difficult situation, improve people’s quality of life, and promote socialharmony and progress.To sum up, in according to the insufficiency of market of medical softwarefunction at the same time with the requirement of the project, the design andrealization of medical information service system of middle administrators functionand Android mobile phone client. At the same time, because the system fullyfunctional, call business ability, makes the realization cross between services intelecommunication service capability, mobile Internet, mobile terminal equipment. Topromote the industrial chain of diversification, improves the transverse developmentof telecom business ability, establish health information for people to provide areliable guarantee.
