The Deployment And Application Of OSS/BSS/ITSM Based On Multi-tenant

With the rapid development of SaaS cloud computing, mobile Internet has brought a greatimpact to the telecommunications industry. However, traditional OSS/BSS/ITSM has been unableto meet the emerging scalable and customizable business management requirements formulti-tenant. The requirements include the personalized configuration for multi-tenant, refinementoperations for experience economy, open and fusion for Telecommunications services. The keyissue of this thesis is about how to take the business procession of OSS/BSS and the system flow ofITSM in combination, connect the decomposed base modules together and apply OSS/BSS/ITSMto multi-tenant deployment of SaaS.Based on the integration and deployment of multi-tenant OSS/BSS/ITSM, this thesis makes adeep study for the function, role and characteristics of the system framework which breaks thebottleneck of traditional data services, and adapts to the evolving multi-tenant business andmanagement. The main contents of this thesis are listed as follows:Firstly, based on the related theory of ITSM system and Frameworx framework of OSS/BSS,the thesis makes eTOM business process and ITIL flow management integrate together organically.Secondly, by analyzing the characteristics of multi-tenant business of SaaS, this thesis presentsthe abstracted multi-tenant mode of OSS/BSS/ITSM and constructs a series of highly reliable andpractical service management framework, including functional framework, technical frameworkand data management framework. The functional framework is the organic integration oftechnology system and management system, while the technical framework divides system intohierarchical partitions by implementation processes, and the data management framework proposesdifferent data model structures for developers, operators and tenants to adapt their different views.Finally, this thesis illustrates function deployment and technology applications for multi-tenantof CRM system as an example, and verifies the data management models, which proves thecorrectness and validity of the proposed work.
