Diversity gain can be obtained in the cooperative communication system by mutually sharingantennas among users. Network coding techniques through the relay nodes to handle the multi-userinformation and forwarding, and what can increase the throughput of the network. Combining channel coding and network coding technology can effectively improve the decoding performance ofcooperative communication system. The thesis proposes a new joint design of channel coding and network coding scheme, and itcan improve the performance of the wireless two-way relay channel system. The article firstintroduces the diversity and combining technology in the Collaborative communication and thebasic theoretical knowledge about network coding. Then, the channel coding used in the simulationof this article (Turbo codes) is introduced, including the principles of the turbo code and thedecoding algorithm, and its performance simulation analysis. Finally, by comparing the strengthsand weaknesses of the traditional joint design of channel coding and network coding based on hardinformation and soft information, the article proposes a new joint design. In the new design, relay node received information directly to the network encoded after thehard judging, and then transmitted modulated. At the receiving end, using a new maximumlikelihood demodulation algorithm compensate relay network coding error probability. Sincereceiving end use the joint iterative decoding technology based on soft information, so this newprogram can not only reduce the computational complexity of the relay node, but also be able toobtain maximum likelihood receiver. Finally, through simulation proved that this new joint designprogram has better decoding performance than the traditional joint program.
