Scanning radiometers of meteorological satellite need a large angle, real-time measuring system. Most of the systems use an area CCD at present, because there are lots of advantages, such as simple optical structure, intuitive two dimensional image information and mature technology. But it cannot provide large angles, high precision and meet the need of two-dimensional angle measurement. Considering the characteristics of high sensibility, high speed, large dynamic range, real-time transmission and high integration density with linear array CCD, this paper studies a two-dimensional angle measuring system using linear array CCD as detection element. The system meets the demand of scanning radiometers at meteorological satellite.Through the further research of2D high-accurate large-field dynamic angle measurement technique with line CCD, a scheme of optical system is proposed. It includes light collimation system design and optical transmission system design. Finally, this paper establishes optical system model with Tracepro and Lighttools software, make data processing and verify the feasibility of the scheme.In the beginning of the dissertation, the development and classification of meteorological satellite are introduced. Finally, the main research contents are introduced.In the second chapter, angle measuring technique is introduced and then the principle and main research contents of two-dimensional angle measurement are detailed.In the third chapter, the optical design characteristics of2D angle measurement are detailed. This chapter puts forward different design schemes and finally chooses the appropriate one.The fourth chapter analyses the characteristic of different kinds of source and choose two illumination design schemes including LED light source and laser light source.The fifth chapter studies the theory accuracy of2D angle measuring system and sub-pixel location technique. Then using LT software establishes optical system model, make data processing and verify the feasibility of the scheme.In the last chapter, the conclusion and the future research job are depictive.
