Career women balance and conflict in life and work. At the same time, they are implicit discriminated and reverse discriminated in work place. Career women’s images in TV dramas come from really life.The creative of dreams, imitation of collage and position from narrative strength affect TV dramas. This paper analyzes career women’s images in Chinese TV dramas from the view of television transmission and audience. It described if it was the same between career women’s social situation and images in TV or not. It may be affected by gender. Female director can describe women much more comprehensive and detailed than males. Female audience can be contented because of entertainment and experience. They also share experiences. TV dramas in shaping the image of women in the work place should be objective truth for the pursuit of equality between men and women,and enrich the narrative. While women audience should also improve their media literacy, so that they can learn from the media nutrient.
