In the production of railway tank car cleaning part, in order to avoid the detection of liquid caused by oxidation of the surface rust on the tank, take the test solution to adjust pH value, it is strongly alkaline in order to meet production requirements. Manual adjustment of the traditional method generally, the production efficiency is not high, adjust the low accuracy. Therefore, the production process required for the detection of fluid regulation and control pH, specific issues, and to be able to achieve greater production efficiency, to avoid rust oxidation tank, and the purpose of reducing labor input. During the production of comprehensive and detailed conditions of work site visits, as well as the original control methods and data collection based on the study, this paper presents a new intelligent control method feasible, and to design a complete control system, greatly enhance the production efficiency.The proposed intelligent control method for the fuzzy expert control method is to control process for the liquid that has a pH value of the nonlinear, large delay characteristic of an intelligent control method, a certain pre-judgmental, and to simplify some calculations process to reduce the computational load to meet under the premise of a certain control accuracy, improve the control speed. Characteristics of control systems but also to open the database and rule base in the production process, according to changes in production conditions adjusted accordingly, so that more complete control to meet the needs of a variety of different control.In this paper the fuzzy expert control system is PLC based control system, by the PLC to address the various sensors and transmitters collected data, between analog and digital conversion, and the complete algorithm and the fuzzy control rules by computing the corresponding control treatment given output process.The system has been put into use in actual production, and achieved good control effect.
