The Gas mixing and pressing process is an important tache in the iron and steel producing. The steel quality and output is affected by the mixed gas quality directly. The Gas mixing process, which is influenced by numerous factors, is complex. The actual production circumstance needs a kind of effective control method urgently.By analyzing the Gas mixing and pressing process's principle, this article makes use of the advanced technique such as the fuzzy control, the decoupling control, the expert control and the integration optimize modeling, builds up the gas mixing decoupling control model, puts forward the two-degree-of-freedom expert control method, and guarantees the mixed gas stability of the calorific value and pressure.the gas mixing decoupling control model includes a blast furnace gas controller , a coke even gas controller , two expert controllers , a decoupling controller, which bases on characteristic of the process and handlers experience, by fusing the fuzzy control, the decoupling control , the expert control, the fuzzy decoupling and so on. For it realizes automation control of the gas mixing process the calorific value and pressure of the mixed gas is steady.The two-degree-of-freedom expert control method, which includes a feedforward expert controller and a feedback expert controller, imports the mixed gas pressure in forward pressurize equipment and backward equipment. For the mixed gas it achieves the two-degree-of-freedom expert control.The method realizes the decoupling control system with DDC and SCC two level distributed control blue print, links the intelligent decoupling control software with DCS by OPC communication protocol; makes the control system to have good architecture and be good all-purpose, being easy to the expansion.The method has been applied in the factory. The result of real-time control shows the method is advanced and accord with industrial fact.The system, which is steady-going and reliable, in effect restrain undulation of the mixed gas' the calorific value and pressure. At the same time, the system creates huge economic and social benefit.
