With the computer and network technology development, the computer application field is becoming more and more extensive. Computer information system is one of the important fields of computer technology. In order to achieve enterprise informational-management aim, manager wants to develop computer information system based on the need of working. For routine work at bank, on-site inspection, appraisal and evaluation system of credit risk is a very important part of financial information systems. Bank operate must control it's business risk and investigate the operate situation of the loan enterprise. Appraising and inspecting credit risk on-site are routine work to prevent risk.The credit risk on-site inspection system is developed for meet working need, it has following characteristics: (1) Using Sun's JSP (Java Server Pages) technology and a very simple way with JSP + JavaBean to develop the system, implementation separate of business logic and static display. This design enhances the flexibility of the system and increase the code reusable, the system able to run at different operation systems. (2) Developing interactive script with JSP language, Using Eclipse as development platform, because it provides a great deal of flexibility for program. (3) Using Oracle as the database management system, the Oracle server is safe, reliable, easy-to-manage, easy to expand for the rapidly business growing. (4) Using Tomcat server as web server which has advanced technology, good performance. (5) The system is divided into three levels: client, business and database, Using waterfall model to guide the project developing. The system has following advantage: low coupled, easy to upgrade and expand. (6) The system can integrate with enterprise information systems to improve inspection efficiency and fairness.
