The Research On The Detection And Analysis System Of The Controller And Running Status Of The Train

In recent years, China’s railway transportation system develops rapidly. As theconstant development of the technology of train’s manufacturing and tracks’manufacturing laying, the speed of the train is rising. The improvement of the speed ofthe train facilitate people’s social life grately.At the same time,people pay moreattention to the safety of the train.The manufacturers of the train make securitysafeguards increasingly stringent to ensure the safety of the train.The monitoringequipment detects the controller and running state of the train when the train in thedynamic testing.It helps operator to master the controller and running status of the train,detect and solve the abnormal accident quickly.It has important significance foroperator to realize the deficiencies of the train and improve the performance of thetrain.The detection and analysis system of the controller and running status of the trainis designed for this problem.Due to the lack of detection and data preservation of the controller and runningstatus of the train, we can not have an accurate understanding of the performance ofthe train.So we can not have a good destination to improve the performance of thetrain.The security issues of the train may cause the liability disputes between thesupplier and user.The main task of this paper is designing the detection and analysissystem of the controller and running status of the train.It can detect and preserve thestatus information of the train when the train in the dynamic testing and using.Thestatus information of the train include the status information of controller (propulsionsingal,brake singal,hafe brake singal,hoster hand singal,neutral singal,emergency brakebutton singal,deadman singal,the gear of the propulsion and brake) and the statusinformation of running (speed, acceleration, driving distance).Designing the signalconditioning circuit and signal acquisition circuit can detect the status information ofcontroller in real time.Using doppler principle can detect the status information ofrunning in real time.The collected all kinds of the status information of the train will be transmitted to the host computer system for analysis and processing.This measurement method can overcome the negative influence from outside,suchas train braking, rain and snow. It can detect and analyze a variety of status informationof the train accurately,then the operator can make an accurate judgment on theperformance of the train.It has important significance for operator to test and improvethe performance of the train.
