On the basis of analysis of the compression process of the biomass fuel, this thesis design a biomass fuel compression servo system based on PLC. This system adopt CP1H-XA40DT-D type PLC produced by OMRON Corporation as the control core, and achieve the electro-hydraulic proportional system hydraulic cylinder position control with the use of PID algorithm. Then the hardware design proposal of the electrical control system was presented and the suitable control elements were selected. After the preparation of the PLC control system program, the designing, making and assembling of power sources, main circuits, auxiliary circuits and control panels were done. On the basis of the analysis on the characteristics and working principle of the electro-hydraulic servo control system, the transfer function of each of the major components are obtained due to hydraulic cylinder flow continuity equation Hydraulic cylinder load force balance equation. Servo valve linear equations of current-flow, and then established a relatively complete electro-hydraulic control system mathematical model. Based on the system root locus drawed by MATLAB and Routh criterion, The critical proportional and the critical period of oscillation are obtained. By of tuning method named critical proportional method,I get the best Controller parameter values in Three kinds of different cases(P regulating, PI regulating、PID regulating), and make validation experiments to different tuning parameters with the ues of the model established in the Simulink. And the results showed that the system model established in this paper was mainly right and the method of setting parameters was also reasonable. A virtual instrument data acquisition and analysis system is designed to acquire the molding pressure and the piston displacement in the molding cycle. And the record the collected data may be timely to observe. The data collected in the compression molding process is analyzed to verify the system’s working process,and the results show that the working state of the system is consistent to the theoretical analysis approximately. To sum up, this control system can be used not noly in agricultural mechanical hydraulic control system but also in general industrial hydraulic system.
