Monitor and control is an important part of security, monitor and control system is amanagement system with the ability to prevent, is widely used in enterprise security. With thedevelopment of information and network technology, changes in user needs, multiple types ofdevices, multiple types of network transmissions, multiple kinds of industry applications,large amount of information, and so on, the traditional monitor and control system is not ableto adapt to these situations. The integrated monitor and control system can support formultiple types of devices access at the same time, and different network transmissions, anddifferent industry applications, and intellectualized analysis of large amount of information, isan integrated management system about security monitoring.Internet of Things is an extension of application and network based on communicationnetworks and Internet, achieves the interconnection among things at any time, any place, anyarticle. It is seen as the third wave of development after the communication network andinternet. Internet of Things is made of sensing layer, network layer and application layer three-layer architecture, and has three kinds of capacity: comprehensive perception of recognition,safe and reliable transmission, intellectualized analysis of application.This article is based on the basic concept and the three-layer architecture of Internet ofThings, according to the monitor and control system requirements, analyses and summarizesintegrated features and advantages of each layer, achieves multi-layer design of the softwarearchitecture of the overall framework about the integrated monitor and control system. Theintegrated of monitor and control system software architecture from bottom to top has dividedinto the network adaptation layer, data processing layer, and application layer. In the case ofthe requirements of the Power and Environment Monitor and Control system for Mobilecommunication, this article describes that the system design was completed based on the three-layer architecture of Internet of Things, most of the features was developed, and simulationtests on some of the features. This article reflects that the integrated monitor and controlsystem can support for multiple types of devices access, and different network transmissions,and different industry application, can perceive development about the devices integration,network access integration, and industry application integration. The integrated monitor andcontrol system based on the architecture of Internet of Things will expand the scope of theindustry application, and reduce costs, and improve management level, and provide moreconvenient service for users, has a good prospects for development.
