With the continuous development of social and economic level and the progress of information technology,people have higher and higher requirements for work efficiency.In addition,the concept of low-carbon environmental protection has been deeply rooted in people's minds.Paperless office has been fully developed from the proposal of the concept to the gradual implementation.Thesis topic from enterprises in the development of practical projects,the company's training base in provinces,cities,scattered resources,manage their own,without a unified system for the deployment of resources,and real-time effective usage cannot view,cannot be achieved using the resource sharing practice training bases.The equipment information and project construction data of the machine room and training room of the training base are mainly managed in paper form,with high cost,low efficiency and inconvenient data sharing.As time goes by,it is easy to damage and lose the data.In the training plan of the training base,the meeting plan is mainly arranged and recorded in a manual way,while the annual and temporary training plans cannot be arranged and counted flexibly.Therefore,it is urgent to manage the training base through informationization to reduce management cost and improve office efficiency.Based on the business needs of the training base management,combined with the analysis of domestic and foreign research status and related technology research,a comprehensive management system for the training base was designed and implemented.The comprehensive management system of the training base is a complete WEB application method.In the actual development,the Java development language,JavaEE architecture and Oracle10 g database are used.The system mainly includes four modules: system management,equipment asset management,data management,and training plan management.I mainly completed the equipment asset management and data management module.The equipment asset management module includes equipment type maintenance,equipment room equipment data maintenance,equipment room equipment viewing,equipment room deletion equipment viewing,equipment room equipment visual maintenance,training room equipment data maintenance,training room equipment viewing,training room deletion equipment viewing,and training.Visual equipment maintenance,visual equipment viewing,equipment maintenance,equipment scrapping functions.The data management module includes functions of data room maintenance,data room download,data room maintenance,and data room download.This article mainly completes the work as follows:(1)Complete the functional requirements analysis of the system through the use case diagram and the use case specification table,and complete the non-functional requirements analysis of the system through the performance requirements;(2)Carry out the macro-level design of the comprehensive management system of the training base through the system's logical architecture diagram and functional module design diagram,complete the design and implementation details of the equipment asset management module and data management module through class diagrams and timing diagrams,and pass Figures and database tables complete the database design of the system;(3)Comprehensively test the system performance in the equipment asset management module,data management module and non-functional requirements in the system functional requirements.The system has been tested and put into use within the company.The overall operation is normal,basically meeting the business needs in daily work,reducing the cost of training base management and improving office efficiency,but the system still needs to be improved,such as adding exam Functional requirements such as management.
