This article first analyzes the necessity andfeasibility of device management status and significance as well as the system toachieve. Second, according to the device information, process analysis equipmentmanagement system, and at the same time to accomplish the design and development ofthe equipment management system.In this paper, the Device Manager, MS SQL Server2005database managementsystem as well as ASP application design learning and try to apply, the principal tasksare: functional requirements analysis, a functional module division, database analysis, and as a basic design datasheet and various functional modules.To explain the function of each sub-module and implementation process as well asthe core technology. On the basis of the test results, the system enhances the effectivemanagement of equipment and instruments, scientific management and efficiency,complete equipment management system design goals.
