| IT equipment is an essential physical tools of all the information technology.The management of IT equipment is an very important work daily,so the company should have this kind of management.The form on paper increases workload and difficulty.Based on this,it is trouble for different departments to exchange information and the accuracy inquires of devices is difficult,too.In order to improve efficiency,maximize the fuction of IT equipment and offer an convenient informational communication,it is necessary to design a set of advanced IT equipment management system,so as to free man from the form on paper.This thesis introduces the research background and the current situation and application of similar systems.According to the object-oriented method,take Municipal Telecom Company as an example,using UML modeling tools for drawing management system of enterprise,this thesis take the IT equipment management system as the object of research.The system is composed of seven modules:IT equipment newly increase、the information of IT equipment management、IT equipment borrow and return,IT equipment scrapping,IT equipment inventory,basic data management、system management.In the business analysis,it has shown the situation of the process,based on the business process,the disadvantages have been improved from the old one;In the function analysis,the responsibility and function of each role is listed,and then the thesis draws and describes the case diagram and package diagram;In the data analysis,the thesis draws and describes the thumbnail class diagram and the entity class relationship diagram,and then establishes and explains database.A lot of work in enterprise can be completed automatically and accurately,the workload will be reduced,and the error will be avoided,by means of the IT equipment management system;The transmission of information between the different users instead of paper forms of home delivery,improve work efficiency;The system using the technology of advanced means strengthens management functions,reduce work risk;The electronic information does not need to use a lot of paper and saves money. |
