Development And Design Of Graduate Employment Platform

With the deepening development of the college graduates employment system reform, the marketing degree of the employment has been increased day by day, to achieve the two-way selection of employment of graduates, the key is to establish smooth channels of information between graduates and employers. However, in the traditional physical job market, both the supply and demand of information exchange was slow, small-scale, and difficult to ensure in a timely fashion, therefore, relying on rapid development of Internet technology to build fast and efficient employment information network, expanding the new areas of job market has become the inevitable trend of development of the information age.Under the guidance of the UML-related modeling thoughts, the paper introduced various UML related with the platform and design system of the employment of students, including requirements model of recruitment information management system, analysis model, design model and implementation model, and the information management system on how to use JSP and Java to achieve recruitment with the UML model in the Windows XP platform. This paper also describes how to use SQL_Server database, Web server and J2EE technologies, based on B/S mode to achieve a three-tier structure of management information systems. The main technologies used J2EE JSP, JavaBean, and JDBC etc. The system generally completed three management functions, including:customer information management, recruitment information management, information management candidates. Among which the user information management included:user basic information management and user information management positions; the recruitment information management included:media information management, recruitment information release, recruitment operations management; and the candidate information management included:basic information management candidates, candidate education, information management, information management work experience candidates, the candidate made the project information management, IT skills, information management candidate, the candidate language situation in information management, information management of job applicants' applicantions.The system can improve the openness of the employment management of the graduates and reduce work stress, providing fast, convenient and open employment services to the students and the staff in the employment guidance agencies, promoting the employment management work and speeding up the process of information, digitization of a university.
