This system platform mainly faces the General Small and medium-sized enterprises, the small R&D team, Colleges and Universities, and Institutes in this region. To buildsuch a large-scale scientific instruments schared system, a detailed research and analysisof the distribution of large scientific instruments in the region is needed. Then wedetermine the actual needs of the system, meeting their production needs, and finally wedesign framework targetedly. As the participants of the subject, I participated in the subject from the requirementanalysis, architecture design and detailed design work in such areas. This paper briefly introduces the contextual meaning of the regional large scientificinstruments and equipment monitoring system of remote shared platform, and thedevelopment situation and trend of the related technologies at home and abroad. Andthen I elaborated the system needs analysis and described the basic framework of thesystem on this basis. The system is in the B/S+C/S hybrid architecture and we use amodular design concept. The paper details the design concept and the implementationprocess of the various modules involved the framework flowchart of the main function. Finally, each module has been tested, and the paper gives the results of tests andperformance analysis of the situation. The experimental results show that the system is running well, ant it achieves avariety of important indicators of system requirements analysis. To a certain extent, theestablished system could ease the contradiction between the shortage of funds and thewaste of large equipment resources. The framework of the system has a certainreference in the application and expansion of other regions of large scientificinstruments sharing system.
