With the integration of Internet technology and mobile communication network,the mobile Internet technology gets a rapid development. How to provide fast andsecure access to an open platform technology based on mobile internet technology inorder to achieve control of the value chain gets the mobile operators’ attention in thetime of full-service operation competition.The thesis discusses that the wireless digital music business of Sichuan MobileCommunication Company Limited introduced a channel gateway access technology toprovide more open access management platform, which opens up new channels tomarket as well as manages channel access control more effective. By using the mostadvanced mobile internet technologies,software engineering theory and a collection ofsuccessful business channel distribution management mode, it is to help the businessplatform and value-added business channels to establish a risk capable mobile internetchannel access management system, which will greatly improve the competitiveness ofenterprises, create a good ecological environment for wireless digital music industryproducts to the mobile internet service and increase the expansion of channel platform.The major research work includes around mobile Internet-based channels of accessto the whole process, collection of open Internet platform technology to carry outtheoretical studies of software engineering theory, system requirements analysis,functional process design, and program development work. The ultimate goal ofresearch is the analysis of wireless digital music value-added services through thedesign of the platform, the operators on the effective management of the channel modeof the mobile Internet channel access authentication, high reliability studies, and the riskof low-risk access into the management techniques. Thus, through the project, theInternet channel, SMS(Short Message Service)channel WAP(Wireless ApplicationProtocol) channel, IVR (Interactive Voice Response) channel and a variety ofnetwork forms of unified access control can be realized. The main contents are:1. Study the related system development theory, which contains systemarchitecture, development language, database, storage technology, and the internet open platform technology.2. Study channel access system requirements engineering to complete the systemarchitecture design, the design of the main modules of the design and back-end database,hardware and networking.3. Detailed design and development of main function modules. Make necessarydescription of the module processes and functions of code.4. Study software engineering in practical projects to improve the quality ofsoftware engineering, from the convenience, safety, versatility.5.
