With the rapid development of economic globalization, the marine transport industry has entered a golden period of rapid development. Ocean container shipping industry developing into a more intelligent, modern development has been an inevitable trend.Today, the "Internet Plus" strategy indicates a direction to the people of all walks of life. "Internet Plus" strategic objective is to introduce the Internet industry in the traditional methods and techniques, to promote traditional industry to enhance production efficiency, thereby creating new ecological outstanding on the new chain. A company proposed the introduction of the Internet in containers, to build global IOT equipment platform, so that the container equipment can interact with people, and the transmission of information.In this paper, based on ACE(Adaptive Communication Environment, adaptive communication environment) development framework, design and implement a good scalability, high availability, high stability of ONECONN Platform Open Service System(hereinafter referred to as: Open Service System). Users can use Open Service System to monitor and remote control to container equipment status that belong to the user and be accessed to ONECONN Platform of the entire carriage.This paper in-depth study the problems encountered in the design of Open Service System including the architecture design problem, design and implementation of message processing model and business logic design and implementation. By analyzing the pros and cons of different threading models, IO policy, research and process message processing mechanism model for Open Service System. According to the requirements of Open Service System, use the idea of software engineering principles, research to develop an inter-service communication protocol.On this basis, combine the business characteristics of Open Service System, analysis shows that logic module division and design ideas of the Open Service System business, solve the difficult encountered of the design and implementation of Open Service System. The paper also details the Open Service System code, analysis that some of the performance of this platform optimization measures- Resource pools, automatic configuration.Finally, through the Web page display and functional description side, open service system has proved to be effective and full functionality. Through professional testing tool, indicate an Open Service System with good performance, meet the actual needs of current business. Consolidated statement, the Open Service System of the paper designs and implements is indeed a high reliability, high performance and stable service system.
