Research And Application On Remote Screen Monitor System Based On Windows

With rapid development of the Internet, computer and network technologies have been highly developed and promoted the related technologies more mature, in which remote screen monitoring and control technology increasingly highlights its important role. While it gives a great convenience to the home office, distance education, industrial control technology, network management and many other fields, it also poses a severe threat that opposed parties can overhear each other through hostile screen remote monitoring and control system.Therefore, it is necessary to thoroughly study remote screen monitoring and control techniques.This thesis studies the methods to implement the remote screen monitoring and control techniques, which involves three aspects: network communications, digital images, and secure data transmission. The structure of this paper is as follows. The first part gives the concept of the remote screen monitoring and control system and the research significance of this topic. Then the key technologies in the system are introduced, such as network communication technology, the principle of Winsock network programme and the important API functions, the Huffman encoding and run length encoding. Finally we use all these technologies to develop a screen monitoring and control system based on Windows in the environment of Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 platform.This system focuses on real-time monitor and control , takes full advantage of the existing local area network resources.The system possesses these features: modeled, simple interface, easy operation, strong adaptation, upgradable and so on. Additionally, the second development can be done to the software based on the existing communication criterion. It has been tested in local area network and is running in good condition.
