Electric power communication network is an important infrastructure for power supply companies to realize various electric power production and service business.It mainly provides business data communication services for power grid operation and maintenance management.The management of electric power communication network involves many business software.In order to realize integrated operation and maintenance management of electric power communication network,centralized processing and display of electric power communication network data based on these business software is the current technological development trend.This thesis designs and implements the power communication network monitoring system of Nanchong Power Supply Company.The system can collect and summarize real-time status data of power communication network based on TMIS,IMS,IDS,ISS,IRS and other business software of the company.It can also monitor power communication network through large screen display technology and data visualization technology.The research work of this thesis includes the following: Firstly,it reviews and collates the development process of monitoring informatization of power communication network at home and abroad,clarifies the key technologies of this system,and expounds the main technical points and principles.Secondly,this thesis analyses and inspects the current business status and shortcomings of the automation management of power communication network in Nanchong Power Supply Company,defines the informatization scheme and goal of the system,analyses the functional and non-functional requirements of the system,and inspects the backstage data interaction requirements of the system.On the basis of requirement work,the design process of the technical scheme of the system is studied,including hardware topology,network topology,software function model,internal functional module structure,data background interaction function and database,etc.The detailed technical framework and scheme of the system are obtained.Finally,through hardware selection and deployment,the system's large screen related functions,background data interaction related functions,power communication network control related functions are developed and realized,and the actual performance of the system is tested,and the system achieves the desired goal.After the power communication network monitoring system is put on line,the company's current business software related to power communication network management and status monitoring is integrated,and centralized data visualization service and control service are provided for the users of the monitoring center.The system avoids frequent switching between multiple systems,and can control the state of power communication network from the overall point of view,which improves the management efficiency of power communication network.
