PLC-based Design Of The Elevator Model Control System And Configuration Monitor

This paper applies programmable logic controller to carry on the logic control in a eight‐story elevator,which raises the elevator's reliability, maintainability and flexibility consumedly,prolongs the service life,and shortens the development period of the elevator at the same time.Long‐distance control is a hotspot of elevator technique,which is a strong concentrated management means for those people who maintain and use elevator.We can get the elevator daily running record and information through monitor its running condition by this technique that can help people know the elevator failure in advance then make judgment and take action accordingly, which benefit to elevator management.Our county has been accelerated researching this technique.This paper analyzes the eight‐story elevator structure diagram, PLC programming, configuration design, and touch‐screen design. This paper studies PLC and Configuration based on elevator control and remote monitoring, remote monitoring not only for the elevator, combined with live electrical equipment industry, will monitor the system as a real‐time monitoring, coordination and control, integrated system. Field devices to achieve a real‐time monitoring, data archiving, remote control and alarm functions, for mechanical and electrical, automation, electrical, building intelligence and other professional students and the elevator maintenance personnel, has important theoretical significance and practical value.
