Land And Resources "A Map" Design And Implementation

Currently, the management status of the land and resources make governmentattach great importance to the construction of Land and Resources informatization.Information technology has some characteristics such as dealing with highly integration,advanced utilization, transparent and efficient on information resources. At present, theachievements data are relatively abundant in the field of land and resources with certaininformation foundation. But the thematic data integration and information sharingbetween the different systems are in a relatively low level. In that case, it is veryimportant that each informatization achievement of land and resources can be integratedorganically and be utilized comprehensively.The thesis selects ArcGIS Engine9.3platform and dot Net development toolsadaptation. Combined with the local Oracle database, the study designed andestablished an “A Map” Land Resources integrated system based on ArcGIS Engine.The study focuses on the key technologies in building such modules as LandAdministration, Mineral Administration, Information Publishing and E-Government inintegrating system and summarized their data modes. Through the federated databasesystem, the thesis made detailed design for database’s concept, logic, updatemechanisms and security mechanisms, and implemented the system combing with thegeographic information system.At last, the dissertation implemented the integration system, and verified itsfunctionality and stability of the system by Black-box testing method. It finds that theintegration of land and resource system served current management model of "Approval,Provision, Using,Supplement,Supervision" as land resources management mainline,and solved the current land management difficulties such as data management, datasharing, data exchange and data updating and so on. Besides, the system providestechnical supports for dynamic monitoring and legal administration of the land resource.
