In recent years, the State administration of taxation, increasing emphasis on comprehensive utilization of tax data, tax data for individual stations have been issued to the data server in the branch, the stations themselves according to the needs, take advantage of these tax data, query and analysis, and information mining.Full use of the tax data, on the tax business is a significant transaction. As tax information technology advances, growing tax amount of stored data, but by virtue of the naked eye observation and the General implied tax data analysis tools to find some valuable information. Data warehouse is the rise of information technology in recent years, knowledge pattern mining technology, it can be mined from large amounts of data in which the implied value of the information. Try to tax data using data mining to, it should be a meaningful thing.This also involves the building of data warehouses, data mining techniques and principles, selection of data mining tools. This article according to the State administration of taxation on tax data application requirements combined with realities of Ningbo local taxation, proceeding from tax data platform construction, analysis of tax information status on the basis of an overview of data warehouse concept and key technologies, concepts, algorithms, data mining, study the logical design, and physical design of the data warehouse, established the tax data warehouse system. In the established tax data warehouse based on analysis of OLAP data cubes and use of Cognos10on tax topics for the show. Focus on analysis of the clustering method and its classical algorithm for k-means algorithm, achieving a reasonable classification of the source groups, on different types of sources of different management strategies to achieve scientific collection and management force configuration, key monitoring and comprehensive monitoring combined with the revenue sources, effectively a tax source management activity efficiency, realized the fine management of tax source management from extensive management to change.
