“Tong Wen Guan Zhi†was compiled in order to expand Foreign Affairs of theQing and Japan more effectively in the year of Chosun Dynasty Suzong30(1708). Itis about the Bureaucracy, History, and the" things" between Chosun Dynasty andMing Dynasty and Qing Dynasty and system of the relevant regulations Codeliterature about Diplomatic Relations with Japan. Using and studying “Tong WenGuan Zhi†can not only be supplemental to the unilateral historical, but also canreveal about the dynamic of relations between the three in the Qing Dynasty morecomprehensively.“Tong Wen Guan Zhi†is a total of12volumes, including theHistory, advised Award of “Tong Wen Guan†and the the line system of ChosunDynasty and the important events of the neighbor.Therefore, on the basis of fully absorbing the results of previous studies, I willintroduce and comb“Tung Wen Guan†and the codification of the “Tong Wen GuanZhi" and contents of the row and Chishi line in Chosun Dynasty in“Tong Wen GuanZhi" in three parts.The first partof this paper introduces “Tong Wen Guan†and “TongWen Guan Zhiâ€.“Tong Wen Guan†the dynasty of Chosun Dynasty official traininginstitutions.The reason why “Tong Wen Guan Zhi†is codified is out of the publicpurpose and the results when facing the changes of history of the relationship beteenthe Qing Dynasty and Chosun Dynasty. I think the historical value of the “Tong WenGuan Zhi “is mainly manifested in the content of the historical materials of thesupplement and KanZheng other insufficient and the place of falsehood. The secondpart and third part make use of the “Tong Wen Guan Zhi†IIIand IV,they will describethe ambassador system of “Tong Wen Guan Zhi†systematically, Including the twosides about the ambassador beteen Chosun Dynasty and Qing Dynasty.
