The Design And Implementation Of Duty Crime Investigation System For Weifang Procuratorate

At present,the quantity of duty crime cases in Weifang is still on the rise and the amount of crime is continuously increasing with the leading, cadres especially middle-level cadres involved in crime. Party and government organs, administrative organs and economic management department’s duty crime are outstanding. And the key industries in people’s livelihood and the systematic duty crime are also increasing. The duty crime of ossa case, string case happens, gang crime, unit crime are all outstanding. The duty crime means are constant to renovation. In order to deal with changes and the severe duty crime, it is necessary to automate procuratorial personnel work process to improve efficiency. Must develop a investigating system on the duty crime, as to as recording the daily handling activities and unified management. In order to make the procuratorial work much more better,Weifang procuratorate decided to develop this duty crime investigation system.This paper describes the system development process following the order of the software development. First of all, there are general description about the system development background and the present research situation and the main work of system. Then,it follows the specific requirements acquisition and analysis. Requirement acquisition takes a series of the scene, and obtains demand in the way of personnel interview with investigators.And it also gives a different function module for the needs in a table. Next is the part of demand analysis adopting the way of using case diagram and user specification table to show it. The third chapter is to do the system design, which is based on object-oriented thoughts to design,and then through the function sequence diagram to display the dynamic function. Designs the system database, and gives the E-R diagram and each entity data structure table. The last chapter is the specific implementation, and the description of different functions through the screen with the core code. The last is test and complete the design and realization of the system process.According to the needs of the reality, the system realized the function of five modules, including accepting the divisional management function, preliminary investigation and putting on record function, detection function (investigation log management, investigation measures management, coercive measures management, detain deadline management, suspects involved in management, suspects commit criminal records, the fled suspect management, committed suicide case management, the witness evidence management, the proceeds of crime management, involving money management, to suspend recovery investigation management), materials in the case and rolling materials in group management function, and the case of comprehensive treatment function (including the case monitoring management, avoiding case management and registration, decision of the court case management, the side controlled object situation management, replace the undertaker, investigation of the case management, etc.)-Through these several function modules of the duty crime investigation business:accepting cases to the divisional, case preliminary investigation, put on record, case investigation, the case and the case group,are automated processing.In order to deal with changes and severe duty crime, making the case investigation process automated and electronic can improve the efficiency of the case, and improve fair justice of the case, and let the procuratorate can better serve for the people.
