With the continuous development of the software system, the function modules of the software are increasing. In people’s daily life and work, the complex system function modules not only greatly reduce the operability of the system, but also increase the probability of error of the user operation. So a component system assisting operations is needed, which can help to improve the operating efficiency and increase the accuracy of the user operation at the same time.The thesis designs and realizes a web-based record and prompt component system, combining functional prompts with system operations together. Use the rich client technology to complete the systematically management on the page-operations.The thesis has been carried out working as follows:(1)introduce the project background and the research status at home and abroad. This paper introduces the technologies in general, which include JUIC、Spring、Hibernate、 SCA mainly, and explains their features.(2)Through the project requirement analysis, divide the project module. Based on the above framework technologies, this paper designs the business processing of prompts and operation records. The paper gives the module class diagrams and data analysis and other information to give a detailed explanation. We propose the design process using history records and customer relationships as filtering to recommend related operations.(3)On the basis of requirement analysis and design, explain the implementation of code and interface. In the configuration information, for example, this paper describes the building and usage of the system framework. At the same time, the paper uses an elements-replaced way to achieve the optimization of the front-end js, and uses hashmap to achieve the optimization of the back-end database insertion.The purpose of this design is to help users to simplify the operations. Through the prompt information and operation management, enhance the user’s cognitive ability of the system.
