Industrial control industry is a very special industry, this industry is not like the mainstream consumer industry, pursuit of product the latest function and highest efficiency, in this industry stability is the main, so industrial PC is not like a consumer electronics, quality assurance1year or2years, industrial control quality assurance period is at least five years. But the pursuit of high stability, do not represent industrial PC has not the demand of the consumer industry, with the explosion of data, the demand of the storage is more and more big, but this just is the traditional industrial control cannot satisfy.This article is in the industrial control area of storage needs. Industrial control storage realization needs of software and hardware integration design, this article on the two aspects of research:On the one hand, from hardware structure to solve high density storage architecture; Including main board design, hard disk module design and thermal design; Main board using bottom board design scheme for the hard drive module set aside enough space; Hard drive module, uses the original vertical plug structure mode and realization16piece of hard disk high-density storage; Thermal design is aimed at bottom board and hard drive module, the design of the system and the hard disk fission cooling technology, namely hard disk and main board system, isolation into two independent air duct, respectively equipped with fan independent cooling.On the other hand in software, put forward through the analysis of system structure design and software framework chart, realized the typical IPSAN/NAS storage function. Software four-level framework design, from down to up including drive layer, functional layer, management, GUI user interface layer. Drive layer, the bottom hardware equipment raid card, net card, HBA card, such as the provision of driver support and management; Function layer, which is the IPSAN/NAS all sorts of function module integrated layer, through the integrated the function module to achieve corresponding function; Management, is to drive layer and function layer integration management, guiding function layer to get the driver layer resources, and realize the integration management; GUI user interface layer is used to realize the web user interaction layer, convenient user’s operation and maintenance.In this paper the design after that, this paper also to prototype test, including function, performance, structure heat, power and so on, carry on the detailed display. Finally, the whole subject research are summarized and prospected.
