In order to analyze the news public opinion direct government practice, this research take program of " Trend of Politics&Industry Online " as the example for news supervision by public opinion, by the multidisciplinary theory and demonstration, and the way of questionnaire.First of all, the practice of "the news supervision by public opinion and supervision within the party,""the combination of news supervision by public opinion and organs of state power supervision","the combination of news public opinion supervision and administrative supervision and combining" were analyzed by the author, and then the real statistical data of "Trend of Politics&Industry Online" and questionnaire data of the audiences in the program were combined with the national media supervision by public opinion survey data analysis.Through the examples and the analysis of statistics, the main problem of news supervision by public opinion in the government comes down in three aspects in this paper:first, the timeliness of replying the problem of on-line unit is low; Second, their attitude about answer the questions is elaborate, form more than content; Third, lack of effectiveness to solve the problems. Finally, according to the investigation results, and connecting with the reality, the author puts forward some countermeasures:that is, first, the assessment mechanism should be set up for the on-line unit, then increase in the program for the publicity of government information, dynamics, the third party supervision experts and scholars, at the same time, a national media should be jointly created to enhance in the program of "Trend of Politics&Industry Online ", in order to improve the strength of supervision by public opinion.
