The informatization is changing the world people’s life in depth. The development level of company always is influenced by the informatization. Consequently, based on the actual demand of Yunnan NO.2Installation Engineering Cororation, this paper analyzed and designed the warehouse management system in detail. And the purpose is to realize a warehouse management system which can satisfy the most people’s needs, and is of favorable operability, practicality, hommization, security, integration and expansion capability and so on. Through this system, unnecessary labor is reduced and easy for user so as to improve the efficiency of the office and data accuracy.This system is demand oriented, data management based on, and it fully utilizes the RFID Technology of Internet of things to redesign and re-architect the traditional warehouse management system. Three ends, including the mobile end, the wireless data and business handle end as well as the backstage data management end, can be used to manage the system. Meanwhile, as the function and actual technology problem considered, three ends are developed by different technology. On the other hand, this system combines the tipsfunction of the transport way, so that people can obtain the information of material through the RFID tags anytime and anyplace. The storage manage and transport manage can be the largestconvenient.Based on the actual demand of Yunnan NO.2Installation Engineering Cororation, this paper analyzed the demands in detail. And it is utilize the Use Case Analyze method of Objective Oriented to finish the function demands of warehouse management. In the system architecting, the overall design and module design are finished, including database management, storage management, inventory management and shift management, as well as the database is design with ER graph, database table structure by OOD. At last, this paper shows the realize situation of realization, concludes the research content and prospects the future work.
