Internet of Things is one of the most popular field that current domestic and international scientific and industrial communities researches. The aim of Internet of Things is to construct a network which included everything in the world, by using RFID and wireless data communication technology on the basis of the Internet. Research of Internet of Things technology promotes the further development of RFID, sensor, embedded software, transmission of data and so on. Sensor network technology, with ad hoc networks and wireless communication capabilities, and RFID technology which can automatically identify objects and have the ability of read and write information, are both core technology of Internet of Things. The integration of both two technologies has become a trend of Internet of Things.This paper focuses on the integration of wireless sensor network technology and RFID technology which are both core technology of Internet of Things, depicts the architecture and key technologies of sensor network technology, briefly presents the architecture of RFID systems, and conducts a preliminary study of the integration of wireless sensor network technology and RFID technology. By the analysis of location fingerprint algorithm based on RSSI, this paper presents to use TOA technology in location fingerprint system, improve the current location algorithm and implements the algorithm on the current wireless chip. Combining the location and warehouse management functions, this paper designs and implements the whole system.Finally, in order to evaluate the performance in the practical setting, this paper carries out several experiments. Experimental results show that the performance of the system satisfy the needs of location accuracy and warehouse management.
