Cement grinding is one of the important parts of cement production,and the quality ofcement grinding and grinding efficiency have direct impact on the quality and cost ofproduction of cement.The quality and efficiency of cement grinding is directly related to thedegree of automation of the cement grinding station.This paper conducted distributed control system designation and implementation with theproject background of Jiamusi Hongji cement grinding station. We designed the control objectsof the cement grinding station based on the analysis of cement grinding station processmechanism and control system functional requirements. Besides, and designed cementgrinding station DCS overall control program,in which host computer using the iFIXconfiguration environment, lower machine using ABB CBM,Using OPC connection betweenthe host computer and the lower machine field controllers and using the TC/IP protocol toconnect field controllers and operator stations and engineer station.We configure detailed system hardware with regard to the overall control scheme forcement grinding station DCS, which contains controller, I/O module, power supply module,relay, isolator, selection of instruments and enforcement agencies and so on. We designed theoverall architecture of the site controller and electrical wiring drawing through analysis ofelectrical schematic of the field device, and establish the functional requirements for grindingstation of distributed control system through lower machine programming,the host computermonitor configuration and the communication connection between the upper and lowercomputer, which contains the chain of control of start and stop, automatic control of rawingredients,real-time monitoring of the production process,the query to run real-time displayand historical trends of the curve,process alarm and report generation and so on.In this article the logical control mainly is the equipment of belt weigher to the roller pressand the belt to ball mill system’s chain commitment.The equipments of the belt weigher to theroller press system are bucket elevator, roller press, and12ngredients belt weigher. Theequipments of the belt weigher to the roller press system are Storage chute fans, storage bucketelevator, separator, and the mill bucket elevator, grinding chute blower, ball mill, fly ash intothe mill bucket elevator, fly ash scales and other equipment. Each raw material proportioning of raw materials for belt weigher would impact force to the belt weigher. The belt weigher shakinggenerating interference signal. In order to overcome the disturbance, raw materialproportioning control with closed loop ratio control. Slag, gypsum and fly ash three kinds ofmaterials adopt PID closed-loop control, and get better control effect.This DCS system has completed commissioning and put into operation.System operationprove this mud grinding station DCS is safe, reliable, efficient and get good economic andsocial benefits.
