So it is necessary to develop a system of WEB hotel management.In order to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the hotel management and know the cash flow and traffic situation, that I decided to develop the WEB system for JIANXING hotel of YAKESHI.firstly the paper begin from how to carried on the detailed investigation and the feasibility study for the daily work of the hotel management,and draw the business data flow diagram and the flow chart. And then by using the object oriented developing method I design a detailed system.The design including the overall design, code design, data structure and database design, input/output and so on. In the encoding phase, the system use MICROSOFT company’s VISUAL BASIC6.0as development tools,because it can provided various kinds of object-oriented that can quickly generate code. Because the data window VB is a convenient database of intelligent control concise object, so program can established a good seamless links with database. While SQL Server2000database as backend database of the hotel management system,it can make the data more perfect and security. In the testing phase, according to the process of the software development, my system has a test among various modules information. Through constantly perfect and improve, I am finally complete the development work of the system.In the trial runphase, I am optimized the system’s database, and gave a simple training for the staff. Lastly I am delivery the system for the hotel using. Through the analysis of the operation result,this system can reflect the current situation of the hotel management, and can reduce the daily workload. It also can make the manager finish the work more easily, quickly, efficient, and high quality and provide the scientific basis for deciders.
