Along with the rapid development of our country economy, the hotel service industry is prosperous, the scale of the hotel is expanded day by day, the city chain hotel is developing rapidly and popularized.. Hotel management, hotel management, logistics equipment procurement customers booking and settlement of the many affairs, there is urgent need for the adoption modern distributed management system to realize the information, intelligence, and automation management, to be able to easily check the customer, improve the service level of the hotel, to further improve the hotel profitability and competitive ability.The detailed analysis the current status of application and research of hotel management system, such as the traditional hotel management system recovery with stand-alone version of the management mode, the installation process is complex, database access settings mode does not have the portability, access performance is weak, in order to solve the problem is proposed in this paper using UML technology to analyze the function of the logical structure of the hotel management system, to achieve a perfect function of hotel management system based on C/S architecture and. Net technology development. The main work of this paper includes the following three aspects:one is derived from the system function based on UML technology, which are the five aspects of hotel reception management, staff management, customer management, query statistics management and system management, gives each of a logic function of the use case diagram; two is used in the C/S architecture, realized the networking business processing system, which can timely published in the online hotel room reservation information in real-time, for customers booking and settlement, improve hotel service level; three is the use of ADO.NET and VC# developed a database access components, so as to realize the database through the interface portability, and improves the system's memory access efficiency. The business logic to further improve the system response speed.Hotel service management system to enhance the guest room management, customer reception, staff management, cost settlement informatization level, and simplify the operation complexity of the front desk business management personnel, improve the efficiency of the hotel and service level.
