Communication market competition as well as customer demands for quality of service request the support capacity, reliability and stability of comunication operations. In recent years, provincial telecommunication Business Support System (hereafter referred to BSS system) throughout the province achieves centralization, the centralization of the BSS system brought rapid response and many other advantages, but had the threat of risk concentration at the same time. To improve the high-availability and anti-disaster ability towards the business systems and core data, how to buide BSS Disaster Recovery System has been a research subject of communications industry.In the course of study, I exchange the technical view with the sytem constructor and designer. After deep analysis and comparision over the key techenologies about Database Replication, Business Replication and Intelligent Storage Applications, I discuss the advantages and disadvantages of all the key techenologies of Disaster Recovery System. During the course of construction of BSS Disaster Backup System, We give the system's overall programme design, construction goals and network building programme to determine the implementation of Backup System for disaster recovery mode. Most important, We determine the actual disaster recovery backup technologies according to sub-system needs, design and implement the network programmes for disaster recovery backup system, determine the scale of construction and equipment configuration as well.
