Research And Design Of Platform For Mobile Terminal And Smart Cards

Along with the development of mobile communication technology,mobile phone has become an indispensable tool for people’s life. With the development of the network and information technology, the IC card affect people’s lives in various fields. Mobile payment has been paid close attention to by people also gradually. Realizing comprehensive service by using the mobile terminal and IC card became telecommunication operators’development direction. RFID technology make the combination of extensive application of mobile terminal and IC card come true and has become the focus in communication field in recent years.Firstly,this paper introduced the project background of mobile terminal and smart cards platform, research direction and meaning. On the working principle and system composition of RFID, UIM card and OTA technology were introduced.The technology of UIM card with RFID was studied.Secondly this paper studied the technology of mobile terminal as IC card mode in several aspects,from the architecture of a system, working frequency, interface, to the requirement of mobile terminal and UIM card.Combining the research contents of the platform, according to the requirement analysis and future development trend and telecom group’s guideline, this paper designed a two-level model platform---province to city, put forward the selection of UIM card and mobile terminal.According to the theoretical study and project practice experience in mobile phone card platform for municipal design, this paper focused on system module, system interface and typical and key process design. This platform can use text messages, mobile office platform to realize the interaction with the mobile terminal, the use of mobile terminal can inquires the related all kinds of information, reporting the loss of card, canceling card platform operation, receiving related notice, and transfering the school-enterprise IC card fees and realizing mobile office. Through this platform, data management,integrating and sharing information can be realized. This platform can also make telecommunication operators expend value-added services to further field. The implement of this platform will impetus telecommunication operators to improve mobile terminal and smart cards technology to further development.
